We believe in the alchemy of movement and music, providing artists with a platform to showcase their craft through an ambient, meditative and psychedelic radio station, transmitting experimental sound fusions from the heart of Hackney Downs Studios.
We pair the 1st hour of the show with a movement practice taking attendees on deep sound and embodiment journeys. Please see our instagram for the latest line ups and class scheduling.
For every set, each artist will receive a 3-week movement membership to explore the benefits of regular movement classes and how practice can positively benefit your work and wellbeing, an essential antidote to working and operating in the music industry.

Mix Series – +
Each week we welcome an artist to takeover transmissions on the website with a 60 minute sound journey formatted for the class. We also invite the artist to select one label to dedicate and build the mix around. Some of these mixes have been recorded during a live class so will be very synced to the flow of a class.
Mix Series - Artwork Feature – +
If you're a visual artist we want to hear from you. We invite an artist to takeover the mix series for 3 months sharing 12 pieces work, taking inspiration from the blossoming of a flower. Read more with the brief below and send us an email if interested.
